Roger Roessler has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. As one of the founding partners of Zapar, Inc. and current sole owner, he has been instrumental in the opening of over 15 restaurants and presently is responsible for the successful development and growth of five existing restaurants: the two Seasons locations in Durango, CO and Albuquerque, NM; Ogelvie’s Bar & Grille in Taos, NM; the Olde Tymer’s Café in Durango, CO; and a 20% interest in the Swiss Hotel in Sonoma, CA. He is closely involved in the daily management of all the restaurants and serves a major role in all food and wine development. He is active in promoting the restaurants in their respective communities and in that capacity participates in many local fundraising events.
