We at Seasons truly believe we're here to provide a food and wine experience. It is in this spirit that we have worked diligently to assemble a wine list that not only offers some of the best wines available anywhere, but also those which we feel most completely complement our cuisine.
The wine industry is evolving so quickly with improvement, innovations, new appellations and even new wines, that it is literally a full time job trying to stay abreast of the many excellent current releases and trends. Although our commitment will always be to the wines of California, in recent years we have strived to round out our list with wines from other popular regions. Currently we are much impressed with the quality and value of Washington State wines, most notably Merlot, Cabernet, and Chardonnay. Oregon is quickly becoming renown for its Burgundian-styled Pinot Noir. And we can't forget about Shiraz from Australia and Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, which is gaining recognition for its Pinot Noir as well. We also try to offer an interesting array of wines from the Old World, and we're especially enthusiastic about the many superb bottlings currently coming out of Italy's Tuscan region and the Rhone Valley in France.
In recent years Mother Nature has blessed us with some stellar harvests, and we at Seasons have made it a priority to try to offer as many wines as possible from these vintages. From California to Tuscany, from New Zealand to Bordeaux, we've been extremely impressed with the quality and quantity of wines which we've been able to offer our patrons. Big California reds from 2001 and 2002 are currently being touted, and California Chardonnay is at what may be an all time zenith.
It is truly a passion for us to offer new and exciting wines, and the real reward is your enjoying them with our food.
