Pinot Noir
The great red grape of Burgundy is quickly becoming a varietal favorite these days.  And like its white Burgundian counterpart, Chardonnay, it can be made in a variety of styles.  Here at Seasons, we try to concentrate our selection on richer, more full-bodied and complex versions, with an emphasis on those wines which express their individual "terroir".  Pinot Noir's red berry and cherry flavors work great with our lighter meats and grilled fish.  The Londer Vineyards "Paraboll" from Anderson Valley is definitely worth the splurge!
